Annual or event sponsorship?
Annual partnerships include year-round recognition and event credit to use in the Event Sponsorship Store. Event sponsorships support a specific event, feature, or advertising opportunity.
How do annual partners use their event credit?
After your partnership is confirmed, we’ll send a private code for the Event Sponsorship Store. Use it toward any eligible option that is still available.
Does sponsorship include exclusivity or family contact information?
No. Category exclusivity is not automatic, and sponsor benefits never include family or student contact information.
What artwork is needed?
Send a high-resolution SVG, EPS, PDF, or transparent PNG logo. Event ads should be print-ready PDF or high-resolution PNG/JPG.
Is sponsorship tax-deductible?
Sponsorship includes recognition or other benefits, so keep your receipt and consult your tax adviser about your situation.
