Booster meetings help families and volunteers hear updates, review booster business, ask questions, and understand where help is needed.
Meetings are generally held on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the Midview High School APR. Dates, locations, and exceptions can change because of school schedules, holidays, or weather, so check the Booster calendar or current meeting notice before attending.
Meetings may include booster updates, event information, fundraising updates, volunteer needs, treasurer updates, and committee reports.
Families and supporters can ask booster related questions and learn where to find the right information.
Meetings help the booster discuss needs, document decisions, and keep volunteer work moving.
We are reviewing the public folder to separate approved minutes from agendas and working files. Links to verified, approved minutes will be added here after that review is complete.
Families, booster members, volunteers, alumni, and supporters are welcome to follow booster meeting information and learn how to participate.
If you are new, you do not need to know everything before attending. Meetings are a good place to hear updates, learn where help is needed, and ask booster related questions.
Meeting minutes summarize decisions, reports, and next steps from each Band Booster meeting.
