Parade of Bands

Join the Midview Marching Blue as they host an evening of entertainment and performances by visiting local high school marching bands. The bands step off in Adelsberg Stadium at 7 pm.  The Parade of Bands is another major fundraiser for the Band, and it is held on the 3rd Saturday in September.  Enjoy consecutive halftime shows from the Marching Blue and visiting bands from the area without the football game.  

This is a fun evening full of great performances.  In addition to the performances, we have basket raffles, 50/50 raffle, candy grams, and shout-outs to be read over the announcements.

How to Volunteer

A total of 36 parent volunteers are needed for this event to cover setup, ticket sales, concession stand, 50/50 sales, candy gram sales, shout-out sales, raffle basket ticket sales, and the Band Barn.

Here is a breakdown of our needs:

Setup - 6 volunteers

Ticket Sales - 4 volunteers

Concession Early Setup - 2 volunteers

Concessions - 8 volunteers

50/50 Ticket Sales - 4 volunteers

Candy Gram Sales - 2 volunteers

Shout Out Sales - 2 volunteers

Basket Raffles Ticket Sales - 2 volunteers

Feed the Band - 6 volunteers
